Karen has been married to Ron for 34 years and have a daughter Jennifer, married to Dan and 2 grandchildren, Wyatt and Morgan.  They relocated to New Bern from from Florida 21 years ago. Where Karen worked with Craven County Schools as Child Nutrition Manager for 20 years and recently retired. The Sweatts joined TRC in 2015 and shared their love for serving others by  becoming diffencemakers serving in the coffee area,  Movie At The Park, Love The World Sunday, Meals Ministry and Karen served with The Refresh Womens Team. Karen is excited about serving and working on staff with TRC and seeing what the Lord has in store for her on this next journey in her life.
