David grew up going to church in southern Delaware where he graduated from Laurel High School in 1987.  After graduation he enrolled in Roanoke Bible College where in 1991 he earned a degree in Biblical Theology.  After graduation David moved to eastern Virginia where he served as Student Minister and led worship in three churches over 17 years.  During this time David and Bonnie were married and in 2004 their twin girls, Ella and Janie were born. In 2008 David, Bonnie and their girls moved to New Bern to start Two Rivers Church.
